11. Can I quickly recover my costs and start earning a profit?
Yes, with a plan and a strategy. I was able to recover my initial costs (Fast Start and Registration Fee) within 6 months of joining ONE Group as an Independent Rep. I did this by choosing a strategy right away to share the ONE Group business opportunity with others.
I worked on a business plan for myself that included how much time I wanted to give to my ONE Group biz and where I wanted to take my business in the first 1-5 years.
It is a lot of work to run a business, even if it is part-time. It is important to really know how much time and energy you are willing to give. I have found this to be the most valuable advice from my upline.
My upline was intregal in supporting my growth with ONE Group and being there to answer all of my questions. This is a team effort…so when I begin to feel down or frustrated, I connect with my upline, read up on the educational information from ONE Group and re-focus. Reminding myself at all times of why I became an Independent Rep and the benefits of being in charge of my own business.
