10. Is there a sound business model to leverage your earning capacity by employing the efforts of others? (For all successful business people who never had immediate access to a large investment capital; this was and, still is their most critical success factor.)

The first reason I became an Independent Rep with ONE Group was because of the products.  The second reason was because of the business model

I knew that I wanted to use the miessence products for myself and my family. I made it my priority to bring 3 representatives onto my team as soon as possible.  This supported my business (thank you fabulous team!) and allowed me to purchase products each month keeping my monthly order well within my financial means.

Multi-Channel Enterprise (MCE)

To promote miessence® certified organics in the market place, ONEgroup has developed a professional business model known as a Multi-Channel Enterprise (or MCE). The purpose of the MCE is to allow committed individuals who share in ONEgroup’s vision and are passionate about promoting miessence® products, to build a sustainable home-based business to support themselves financially.

TRADITIONAL MARKETING AND DISTRIBUTION SYSTEMS

What is Network MarketingSimply, network marketing is a distribution system, or form of marketing, which channels goods or services from the manufacturer to the consumer through a “network” of independent distributors or Representatives. Such goods and services are not normally available through any other channel. It’s a wonderfully effective system that cuts out the numerous “middlemen” found in most industries.

WHAT IS A MULTI-CHANNEL ENTERPRISE?

Unlike many of today’s marketing and distribution methods, which are restrictive to certain channels, Nature’s boundaries are not so rigidly defined. At miessence®, we have recognized that Nature is (and always has been) the perfect example of growth and nourishment whilst being totally renewable and self-sustaining. With this in mind, we have moved beyond traditional marketing methods by taking the best qualities of each and combining them in a way that allows you to have unrestricted or ‘natural’ access to all distribution channels in the lucrative skin and personal care industry. This includes retailing, direct sales, health & beauty professionals, fundraisers, markets & expos, etc. At ONEgroup we firmly believe that Nature is indeed the ideal model for business growth.

So what makes a ONEgroup Multi-Channel Enterprise inherently different from other systems? We think the answers can be refined into the following four key points:
